Scope of services
Pellamant offers website design, development and related project services. The package descriptions are starting points, not a commitment to supply unlimited work or third-party services.
Proposals and agreement
A project proceeds after the parties agree the deliverables, price, schedule, payment terms, revision rounds and any third-party dependencies in writing. Website descriptions alone are not a binding project agreement.
Information and client responsibilities
Clients should provide the content and materials they are entitled to use and give accurate instructions and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Delays in supplied content or approvals may change the delivery schedule.
Payment and changes
The written proposal specifies deposits and milestone payments. Any additional scope must be described and agreed before extra charges are incurred.
Intellectual property and licensed materials
The agreement identifies which custom deliverables are transferred or licensed after payment and which parts use third-party assets, fonts, components or other licences. Ownership of third-party materials is not transferred by Pellamant.
External providers
Hosting, domains, payment processors and other services may be subject to independent terms, availability and fees. We will identify the agreed external dependencies in the project scope.
Cancellations and concerns
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or are concerned about a deliverable. The written project terms and our Refund policy describe the review process, without limiting applicable legal rights.
