GOOD
QUESTIONS.
All the practical details about packages, project stages, what you receive and what happens next.
EXPLORE THE ANSWERS ↓01What is included in the £300 one-page package?
A responsive single page with up to four agreed content sections, a contact route, basic page metadata, browser checks and source-file handover. Any additional pages, copywriting or integrations are discussed separately.
02What is the difference between the Business and Company packages?
The Business package is intended for a modest multi-page presence with a clear service overview. The Company package provides a broader page architecture, additional reusable layouts and more extensive content presentation. We set the exact number of pages in your proposal.
03Can you build a website outside these packages?
Yes. The Custom Build option is for online shops, special visual interactions, third-party integrations and other atypical briefs. We discuss the requirements before quoting.
04Are the published prices final?
The one-page £300 price applies to the stated baseline scope. Business and Company prices are indicative ranges. Your final quote depends on agreed deliverables, with any tax and external fees identified in writing.
05How long will a project take?
Timing depends on page count, content readiness, feedback and technical scope. We give a realistic project schedule in the written proposal once these details are understood.
06Do I need to provide text and images?
Existing brand assets, photos and approved copy help move the project forward. If you need help shaping content or sourcing additional material, tell us before scope approval so that work can be included in the quote.
07Will the website work on phones and tablets?
Responsive design is included in the packages. We review key layouts and navigation across typical small and large screen sizes as part of the agreed testing process.
08Can I ask for changes during design?
Yes. The proposal specifies the included review stages and revision rounds. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted before additional work proceeds.
09Do you provide hosting or a domain?
We can discuss hosting and domain requirements, but recurring hosting fees, domain registrations and third-party subscriptions are not automatically included in the package price. They are listed separately if required.
10Will I own the completed website?
We outline ownership, source-file delivery and any third-party licences in the written agreement. For agreed custom deliverables, handover includes the files and instructions specified in the proposal.
11Can the website connect to forms, booking tools or online payments?
Integration work is possible where technically and contractually appropriate. Forms, bookings, checkout and other external services need a defined provider, acceptance criteria and separate scope where necessary.
12Is search engine optimisation included?
Packages include basic technical page metadata and structural considerations as defined in the proposal. Search rankings and traffic outcomes cannot be promised.
13How are deposits and refunds handled?
Payment milestones and deposits are described before the project starts. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed against completed work, approved external costs and applicable legal rights. See our Refund policy.
