Refund policy

Clear information about this website and custom project work.

Before payment

The written proposal sets out the scope, deposit, milestones, review rounds and cancellation terms. Read and agree these before making a payment. Starting prices on this website are not a binding quotation.

Deposits and work not started

A deposit reserves work within the agreed schedule and is credited towards the project price. If you cancel before design work starts, the deposit is refundable except for specifically approved discovery work already completed or external costs authorised by you and already incurred. We provide a breakdown of any deduction.

Milestone payments

Payments are tied to agreed milestones, such as structure approval, design approval, completed implementation and handover. A payment request should identify the work it covers. If a project stops, we review completed work and unperformed scope rather than treating every payment as automatically non-refundable.

Approved work already delivered

Payment for custom work that has been completed, approved and delivered is not refundable simply because you later choose a different direction. Undelivered or unperformed work is assessed separately. If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contact us so we can review the issue and discuss correction or an appropriate resolution.

External costs and ongoing support

Approved third-party purchases are subject to their provider’s terms; we will explain any amount that cannot be recovered. Monthly support cancellation and any prepaid unused period are governed by the written support agreement. New features are quoted separately.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email OtleyOkeeffe416@hotmail.com with your name, project reference (if available), payment date, amount and reason. We review requests against the proposal, approvals and delivered work. Any agreed refund is returned via the original payment method where practical; processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Your rights

This policy explains our project approach and does not remove any rights that apply under relevant law. Where your written agreement and this policy differ, we will explain the applicable terms when reviewing your request.
